This intriguing site turns the lifestreaming model upside down, letting a person's lifestream be created not (just) by herself, but by anyone in a public wiki-like free-for-all.

In my (slightly premature) opinion, this is probably the best way to follow what people are up to on the web efficiently.
It has the potential to kill all "people search engines", will definitely kill the second-tier lifestreaming services, and could greatly damage FriendFeed, who are now just the best place to discuss everyone's shared items within your circle of friends. And with all the duplication, who's going to use both?
Disregarding all the drama that's sure to erupt because of privacy issues ("My public online data?! On the INTERTUBES?!"), it's also just smartly designed: super-fast, completely registration-free and with an open API.

As for its relationship to Soup, this just confirms my belief about our direction: While there's a tiny bit of an overlap in functionality, Soup's all about editorial control, identity, and rich multimedia rather than notification about events ("...has posted a photo, here's a thumbnail") – all quite the opposite of what they're doing.
